Job Opening: Full-Time Therapist
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide individual and group therapy to patients. The successful candidate will have experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered, culturally competent care, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. The Mental Health Therapist will also be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention when necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (depending on your specialty).

Develop treatment plans for clients.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Conduct assessments of mental health needs.

Maintain client records and documentation.

Refer clients to other services or resources as needed.

Conduct consultations.

Attend/participate in meetings and supervision.
Requirements
-
Licensure in the respective field: LMHC, LCSW
-
3 to 5 years of experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting providing individual/family counseling

Experience treating diverse populations, cultural competency
