HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Sessions are 55 minutes long for individual, couples, and family sessions. It is recommended to start with weekly  sessions and once symptoms decrease we would moved to terminate therapy or biweekly sessions.

WHAT THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES DO YOU USE?

I like to use an integrative therapeutic approach and draw from many different practices like trauma-informed, DBT, CBT, person-centered, culturally conscious, and psychodynamic.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Yes I take various insurance plans. During the free consultation call we will verify your insurance so you know exactly what costs to expect before your first session. I also offer private pay options.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Feel free to use street parking or use the Y-Lot Parking lot across the street.
